The strips

What exactly is an oral dissolving strip?
A thin film — about the size of a postage stamp — that melts on your tongue in about sixty seconds. The film itself is made from simple, widely used ingredients (pullulan, hypromellose), and it carries the active — NAD+, a peptide, or a blend — with no water, no pills, and no needle.
How do I take one?
Peel one sachet, place the strip on your tongue, and let it dissolve. That's the whole ritual. For anything beyond that, follow the directions on your product's label — we don't publish dosing protocols, on purpose.
Do they taste bad?
They're lightly sweetened with stevia and natural flavors — closer to "pleasant, then gone" than anything medicinal. No chalk, no syrup, no aftertaste that outstays the minute.
Why strips instead of injections?
Honestly? Because the needle is the reason most people never start. Strips trade the clinic, the appointment, and the syringe for sixty quiet seconds at home. Research on oral and buccal delivery of these molecules is ongoing, and we're straightforward about that — the format is about consistency and comfort you'll actually stick with.
Does a strip work like an injection?
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. An injection delivers a molecule into tissue; a strip dissolves in your mouth. They're different routes, and research on oral and buccal delivery is still evolving. What the strip changes is the practical part: no needle, no appointment, no waiting room — just a sixty-second ritual you'll actually do every morning. If you're weighing the two, that's the honest comparison.
Why is the NAD+ strip coral-colored?
That's astaxanthin, an antioxidant we use instead of dye. The color is the ingredient.

Ordering & shipping

How does the subscription work?
The NAD+ subscription is $89 a month instead of $109, shipped automatically. Skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime from your account — no phone calls, no retention scripts.
What's the trial pack?
Ten NAD+ strips for $39 — ten mornings to see how the ritual fits before you commit to a full tin.
What's your shipping and return policy?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Because our strips are consumable wellness products, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns — full details live on our Shipping & Returns page. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email nick@stripdose.com and we'll make it right.

Requests & consults

Why do some products say "Request Pricing" instead of a price?
Because our wellness range deserves a conversation, not just a cart. Ask about any of them and a real person replies within one business day with details, ingredients, and pricing. Nothing is hidden behind a login — it's just handled personally.
Why do some products require a consult?
Semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, and PT-141 are prescription-class. For those, an independent licensed provider reviews your health history, talks through risks and alternatives, and decides with you whether it's appropriate. Pricing is shared after your consult, and purchasing is always your decision, made after it — never during a checkout.
What happens in the telehealth consult?
A short intake, then a review by a licensed provider: your history, your medications, your goals. They'll also tell you plainly that compounded products are not FDA-approved and what that means. If it's a fit, you'll get pricing and the choice is yours. If it isn't, they'll say so.

Safety & compliance

Are StripDose products FDA-approved?
No — and we'd rather tell you that plainly than bury it. Our retail and wellness strips are supplements: they're not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and the FDA hasn't evaluated our statements about them. Prescription-class strips are compounded products, which are also not FDA-approved — a licensed provider walks you through exactly what that means before anything ships.
Who shouldn't use these products?
Anyone under 18. And if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical care, talk with a healthcare professional before using any supplement — ours included.
Will these products "work" for me? When would I feel something?
We won't promise you an experience — nobody honestly can. Supplements support normal body processes over time; they aren't instant, and everyone's baseline differs. What we can promise: real molecules, exact ingredient lists, honest education about what research does and doesn't show, and a ritual that takes sixty seconds a day.
