Shipping
Retail orders ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $150; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll receive tracking when your order ships.
Returns
Because our strips are consumable wellness products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We know that's a firm policy, so we keep the door low: the $39 NAD+ trial exists precisely so you can try ten mornings before committing to a full tin.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email nick@stripdose.com within a reasonable time and we'll make it right — a replacement or another fair resolution.
Subscriptions
The NAD+ subscription can be skipped, paused, or cancelled anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund an order already shipped.
Prescription-class products
Fulfillment of prescription-class products follows the policies of our telehealth provider and its pharmacy partner, which are shared with you during the consult process.
