Welcome to StripDose. These terms govern your use of stripdose.com and any purchase you make from StripDose LLC (“StripDose,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use StripDose products. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Our three tiers

Retail products (NAD+ and BPC-157) are available for direct purchase at the prices shown. Wellness products are offered by request — you inquire, and we reply with details and pricing. Prescription-class products are available only after a telehealth consultation with an independent licensed provider, who determines whether they are appropriate for you.

Purchases & subscriptions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free on retail orders over $150. Because our strips are consumable wellness products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

The NAD+ subscription bills monthly at the price shown until you skip, pause, or cancel — which you can do anytime from your account, with no phone calls required. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a shipment already sent.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for misuse.

Site content is educational and is not medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer. Prescription-class products are handled per our telehealth model and Telehealth Consent.

Intellectual property

The StripDose name, logo, copy, and design are ours. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, StripDose is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Specific dispute-resolution terms are being finalized with counsel.
