This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. StripDose LLC is the data controller for stripdose.com.
What we collect
Order information (name, contact, shipping, and payment handled by our payment processor), wellness inquiries (name, email, product interest, and anything you choose to tell us), email signups, and standard analytics about how the site is used.
Health information & the consult
We deliberately do not collect medical or health history on this marketing site. When you start a consult, the intake, your medical history, the consult itself, and any prescription live entirely with our independent telehealth provider partner, under that partner's own privacy practices and applicable agreements. Our site records only non-clinical routing metadata (for example, that a consult was requested).
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics) to understand site usage. We do not send form contents, health answers, or personal identifiers into analytics. You can opt out via our cookie notice where applicable.
If you join our list, we email occasional updates and your welcome offer. Unsubscribe anytime from any email.
How we use & share
We use your information to fulfill orders, answer inquiries, and improve the site. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment, shipping, email, analytics, telehealth) under appropriate terms.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing nick@stripdose.com. We honor applicable privacy rights.
